BioI must admit I've only tried braised veal shanks once. I didn't much like them. But it's hard coming up with a name for your journal. I tried about 15 and they were all taken. So much for attempting to be original! Off the top of my head I came up with Osso Bucco. The aforementioned braised veal shanks. It makes me sound Italian but I'm not. In keeping with the name, my LJ will be a mish-mash of stuff. Kinda like a stew.
